EQUIPMENT & PROCESS SUPPORT
From mixing to inspection.
The supplied equipment list covers production, water preparation, homogenization, storage and basic product testing.
8 enamel mixing tanks
Five 5-tonne, two 3-tonne and one 1.5-tonne tank. A separate 2-tonne electric heating tank is also listed.
5 homogenizers
One 45 kW unit and four 15 kW units, supported by cooling, condensation and filtration equipment.
2 t/h water preparation
A pure-water unit, a 25 kW chiller and 16 plastic storage tanks in 10-, 20- and 30-tonne sizes are listed.
Testing equipment
The list includes an electronic balance, rotary viscometer and electric constant-temperature drying oven.
